Get on the Bus

Four years ago, we really believed the voting was enough. Many of my friends thought the appropriate Election Day activity was keeping the evening clear to watch returns.

Patriotism has become more participatory. Getting on a bus to go to a battleground state or district is almost assumed. It's become a social phenomenon that groups of friends do together. It's become a free and easy opportunity, with thousands of seats reserved.

I have friends coming in from out of town to head with NYC friends out of town. It's the thing to do.

So get on the bus to Ohio all weekend, to PA for the day or to the Southern Tier of New York State to help Samara Barend become America's youngest Congresswoman in history.

Come back the evening of November 2, watch the returns...then we'll find out where we need to fly on November 3. To Ohio or Florida, get ready to Get on the Plane.
